Election Markup Language 2010-11-26 Data Election Markup Langauge (EML) is a standard for the structured interchange of data among hardware, software, and service providers who engage in any aspect of providing election or voter services to public or private organizations. The OASIS EML standard consists of tried and proven XML formats for handling both information pertaining to the operation of elections and also the election vote cast details, counts and election results.
