A arches above and around. Away in an airplane or on the ground.

B bounces, balances, bats and bends. Backstrokes in pools with lots of friends.

C curls and crawls, catches and climbs. Then carries some cards while standing in line.

D dares to dribble, to dodge and to dig. If music comes on it dances a jig.

E excites, erupts and explodes. Giving it energy to lift heavy loads.

F falls forward to get ready to fly. Then floats face up right into the sky.

G grunts, gallops, glimmers and glides. Grips a powerful steed for a magical ride.

H likes to hang by one hand on a bar. One swing and a turn and he's the all-star.

I inches along, ice-skates on a rink, inflates like balloons, quick as a wink.

J joyfully juggles and jiggles and jumps. Then goes jogging on paths loaded with bumps.

K kicks at Karate and also Kung Fu. Then likes to kerplunk in the pool two by two.

L lifts and leaps and launches up high. Then lunges like warriors with swords to the sky.

M merrily marches and makes mighty moves. Then slowly melts down to the tips of its shoes.

N never tires. It nicks and it nabs. Then it nudges and nips and finally grabs.

O out stretches, outworks, and out rides. Onwards it goes, then obviously hides.

P pushes and pulls, pedals and prances. When going to parties it playfully dances.

Q quietly quivers and quacks like a duck. But Q moves quite quickly when stuck in the muck.

R on a rampage, races and roars. But caught relaxing, it rocks when it snores.

S splashes and slides, skips and skates. Scuffles and scurries until it's quite late.

T twists and turns, tumbles and trips. Then thrusts off the diving board to perform a few flips.

U has urges to unpack and untie. To unwrap, to unhook, to unload. Who knows why?

V viciously vibrates and veers towards the vault. Seeing no mat, it comes to a halt.

W is friendly, it waves while it walks. It wades in water and squawks when it talks.

X xeroxes its work on a giant machine. While playing its xylophone, that's its routine.

Y yanks his yoyos in the backyard. Then yodels out yonder with his St. Bernard.

Z is a zoomer who zig zags with zest. Zooming zillions times faster when put to the test.

An aerobic alphabet is tons of fun.
