The news media, like many of us, seems to have tunnel vision when it comes to recognizing and acknowledging the importance of records management. In this instance the folks at The Washington Post apparently couldn't bring themselves to report the most important benefits of eGov as rated by members of the public in a poll conducted by Hart-Teeter for the Council for Excellence in Government.
